Read carefully and approve the terms and conditions of our program before you start working with us.

You must be 18 or 21 years old, depending on your local legal laws, to become a member of this program. You state and warrant that you have reached the age of majority under the laws of the country where you live and/or do business.

You will be paid 50% of every new sign-up and rebill. Plus we pay you 5% of sales and rebills made by webmasters, referred by you.

You are welcome to use any kind of linking methods you like: banners, text links, blind links, consoles, redirects and etc.

Using "spam" or "unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE)" promoting our sites is strictly prohibited! BucksRiver does NOT pay on hits from spamming or listings on newsgroups, bulk E-mailing or any other illegal method. Traffic from spam is not welcome, therefore we do not make payments to those sending it!

We repeat - NO SPAM (this includes email, newsgroup, ICQ or any other kind of spamming)! Your account will be terminated immediately and you will lose the possibility of getting future payments.

We do not accept sites that contain or support: child pornography, bestiality, real rape/violence scenes, warez, mp3 and password selling or trading. We will not pay for any hits and/or sales sent from sites of the kind.

Webmasters using non adult free hosts are not accepted into the program. Sites hosted by xoom.com, angelfire.com, tripod.com, geocities.com or any other free web space provider (non-adult) are not allowed to join BucksRiver.

By signing up you realize and acknowledge that BucksRiver can and most likely occasionally will send out emails (newsletters) to all webmasters that are registered members of our programs.

Any attempts to cheat our system by generating false or fraudulent hits or sign-ups, will result in you being prosecuted according to the corresponding laws.

We trace all hits and sign-ups to make sure they are not generated illegitimately.

You may NOT hot link any of our banners from our server. Otherwise your account WILL be terminated and you will sacrifice all the future payments.

BucksRiver is no way responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from difficulties with hosting equipment, billing providers, and/or technical errors. Remember, we are partners: we split profit, but also we split possible loses.

Don't register account twice. Don't do yourself your refferal in other account (tt's dirty cheating!). Any webmaster found cheating will be terminated immediately without pay. We will also actively use any and all legal actions available to get back any amounts previously paid.

We reserve the right to close any account that is suspected of illegal activity. No commissions will be paid on fraudulent transactions and payments may be withheld if fraud is suspected. Also BucksRiver keeps the right to withhold payment from any webmaster suspected of participating in such an activity.

These terms and conditions may be changed, modified, amended and/or supplemented by BucksRiver at any time, occasionally, without notice, and shall be considered effective when posted at this site. You clearly understand that it is your responsibility to check for the changes in these terms as often as possible.
